We’re still growing. To keep prices fair and avoid double shipping (factory → us → you), our factory agreed in partnerships to ship straight to our customers. This lets us stay efficient while we build space and prepare for U.S. inventory soon.

We accept returns or exchanges only if we sent the wrong size or if the item arrived damaged. For general sizing issues, we don’t offer returns or exchanges since every product includes a detailed size chart to help you choose the right fit.
